THE Regulator of Social Housing has announced Jigsaw Homes has achieved the top rating for how the organisation is governed and for its financial viability.
The G1V1 rating came following the In Depth Assessment (IDA) carried out by the regulator in April, 12 months after the Jigsaw Group was founded.
The IDA considered how Jigsaw’s board operates, and how key strategic decisions are made. It also looked at how the organisation manages risk and the robustness of financial and business planning.
The Regulator concluded that Jigsaw’s current working practices met the regulatory requirements in full.
Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd formed on April 3, 2018 from the merger of New Charter Group and Adactus Housing Group to become one of the largest housing providers based in the North West.
With an annual turnover over of £194million and a workforce of around 1,450 people, Jigsaw Group provides more than 34,000 homes in the North West and East Midlands.
